I think everyone is an amazingly unique individual.  We shouldn’t strive to be anyone else but the best version of the person that we are.  I hope you will discover this for yourself as I have been slowly discovering this with myself.

I have developed  modules that help organize the thoughts that I want to express to you.  Each month, we will come out with a new part until the  conclusion of each module but please take the time you need for each part before moving on to the next part. It is better to go through the whole process first, then refine it for the future to suit your needs better. I will not address any comments personally though everyone is welcome to discuss among yourselves. However, I will not tolerate hateful, inappropriate, intolerant, or just plain mean comments and will delete them at my own discretion. In the future, I will address and integrate concerns, ideas, and thoughts from your discussions in a print version.

Who am I:

I have a BS in Psychology with a focus on Cognitive Sciences and though this forms the basic skeleton of this project, the meat of it is through years of observations, countless conversations, and deep self-reflection. This project began as a way to organize my own thoughts and processes in my personal ongoing self-evaluation. I felt that this would be useful to others besides me and thought to organize it further to make it understandable and applicable to anyone. I hope you come away from this with at least one new thing to turn over in your mind!
